I am a scientist and coach with operational and consulting experience in the early phase of innovation, especially ideation, open innovation and intrapreneurship.

The focus of my work is the human side of innovation.

Besides my own creative potential, I run on the fuel of a positive mindset and collaborative spirit.

I work with a wide variety of frameworks, tools, methods and concepts. Approaches and solutions are always tailored to the organization, the team and the challenge they are tackling.
